With over 40 years of industry experience in Los Angeles, David truly is a Land Use and Zoning expert. Throughout his career, he spent 36 years with the City of Los Angeles, his most recent position being Associate Zoning Administrator before retiring in 2020. In addition to his time at the City, David worked in the private sector early in his career and spent 25 years as an adjunct Urban Planning Professor at Cal State University, Northridge. David has developed a deep understanding of Land Use and Planning and has a passion for sharing his knowledge.

Since graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Urban Studies in 2018, Samantha has worked in Washington, D.C. in advocacy for various localities and for the City of Raleigh in North Carolina in the Department of Housing and Neighborhoods, Community Development Division. In addition to her professional experience, Samantha holds the LEED Green Associate Certificate as well as the UNC, Chapel Hill Community Development Academy Certificate.
